This Order is presented to a member who takes over the daily operation of the Squadron for an extended period of time, updating the web site, and co-ordinating Squadron activities, or otherwise performs activities essential to the operation of the Squadron.	This Order is presented to a member who gives exemplary service to the Squadron for an extended period of time.	This Order is presented to active Squadron members who are in service to the British Empire for a minimum of 12 months.	This Order is presented to Squadron members who distinguish themselves in combat with the Soviet Air Force.

This decoration is presented to Squadron members who achieve 20 victories and survive in any Scenario or S3 event. This medal is awarded to Squadron members who, without concern for their own life engage in an act of pre-eminent bravery to achieve a mission or rescue a fellow pilot.	This medal is presented to Squadron members who show themselves to the fore in action, and set an example of bravery and resource under fire.	This medal is presented to Squadron members for distinguished conduct in the field to achieve a mission.	This medal is presented to Squadron members who achieve a Yak's score of greater than 50 and survive in any Scenario or S3 event.

This medal is presented to Squadron members who achieve a Yak's score of greater than 20 and survive in any Scenario or S3 event.	This medal is presented to Flight Sergeants for outstanding service.	This Campaign Star is awarded to a pilot who participates in 300 missions.	This Campaign Star is awarded to a pilot who participates in 250 missions.

1939 - 1945 War Medal permanent	Mentioned in Despatches tour
This medal is awarded to a pilot who participates in 25 missions.	This award is used to mark the outstanding performance of a pilot in 416 RCAF. Something that does not fit in with the rest of the awards, but deserves to be mentioned.

	Pilot Officer	Initial rank for pilots with over one year in Warbirds or after flying a minimum of 5 missions as a Flight Sergeant.
